Every sale is final. Each painting is a unique expression of divine inspiration, meticulously created with love and devotion. We take great care in ensuring the authenticity and integrity of every piece, and we trust that you will appreciate and cherish the artwork you choose to acquire. Due to the sacred and highly valued nature of these prophetic paintings and it’s reproductions, we regret to inform you that all sales are final, and no refunds or returns will be accepted. Unless damaged during transit. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific painting, please feel free to reach out to our team before making any purchase. We will be more than happy to provide you with additional information or images to assist in your decision-making process.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or not the item you ordered, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue. Please provide a photo of the damage. If your request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. A replacement product or refund with be sent to you upon receiving the return item. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or sponsorships.

Exchanges: Once the return is accepted, we will proceed to replace your item and deliver it to you without any extra cost.

Refunds: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item/s, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
